    On affected vehicles there is a risk that heat from the exhaust Turbo may cause the rubber protection cap covering the power feed cable terminal to the starter motor solenoid to heat up and ignite with a risk of fire.

    Remedy

    Remove the rubber protection cap and if necessary replace the heat shield.

    Due to an error in our engine software if there is a key-off / key-on signal during operation (i.e. driver turning the key during driving) engine will stop and remain stopped. The original software design is that the engine will not stop if there is a key-off and the vehicle speed is above 10 Km/h. The consequences when the engine stops is there is no steering support.

  12. INCORRECT SEAT BOLTS FITTED

    It is possible that the wrong specification mounting bolts have been used on the passenger seat floor slider. If involved in an accident/collision it is extremely possible that the bolts could fail and result in detachment of the seat.

  13. AIR BELLOWS ON THE TRAILING AXLE COULD BECOME LOOSE.

    The retaining bolts for the suspension spring lower mountings on the tag axle may fail. The worst scenario is that all bolts fail leading to the loss of suspension function and security of the tag axle air suspension shock absorbers reaction rods and stabilizer bar.

    Remedy

    Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to replace the retaining bolts and add spacer sleeves to the tag axle suspension airbag lower mountings.
