LOSS OF DIRECTIONAL CONTROL

The material of certain front stub axle carriers may not be to specification and under extreme load conditions could crack. In the event of total failure a wheel could separate from the coach affecting directional control increasing the risk of collision.
Remedy
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to identify the stub axle carriers. Where the stub axle carrier bears a casting identification showing it is affected the stub axle will be replaced. Later (4/11 � 12/14) stub axle carriers could require material testing to identify if replacement is necessary.
