   Check the length of the column shaft and replace where necessary.

2. CONCERN THAT LINK BETWEEN TWO FUSES MAY OVER HEAT

   Defect

   Insufficient contact surface area on the removable link between the two 30 amp windscreen fuses may cause overheating of the fuses.

   Remedy

   Replace with new quality assured fuse link.

3. GRID RELAY MAY OVERHEAT WITH A POSSIBILITY OF FIRE.

   The engine grid relay may overheat with the possibility of a fire.

   Remedy

   Recall all effected vehicles and replace with a modified relay.

4. WIRING LOOM MAY BECOME OVERHEATED

   Defect

   The heater control may leak coolant onto an adjacent wiring loom and into an electrical connector. This could result a possible short circuit and consequently overheating of the connector.

   Remedy

   Recall likely to be affected vehicles and inspect the heater cock. Should signs of leakage be detected the heater cock will be replaced.
