  1. RR31 Rear Seat Belt Bolt Connection Check

    Defect

    ​​This safety recall involves bolts which fix the left and right side rear seat safety belts to the vehicle body or bolts which fix the rear bench seat configuration backrest locking brackets to the vehicle body. One of these bolts may not have been tightened to specifications and over time could loosen and also potentially cause damage to either the left or right side rear seat safety belt webbing.​

    Remedy

    ​​The possibly affected fixing bolts will be checked and either tightened to specifications or replaced as necessary. The condition of the left and right side rear seat safety belts will be checked and if necessary replaced.​

    On affected vehicles a low-pressure fuel line may not have been secured to the correct specification.

    Remedy

    Affected vehicles will have the low-pressure fuel line removed and reinstalled to the correct torque specification.

  3. THE FUEL TANK FEED LINE CONNECTION MAY NOT BE FITTED CORRECTLY

    Defect

    The fuel tank feed line connection that is pre-fitted at the supplier to the fuel pump may not be fitted correctly.

    Remedy

    The fuel tank will need to be lowered and the fuel line feed connection to be checked and refitted as necessary.

  4. THE PLUG CONNECTOR PINS ATTACHMENT BETWEEN FRONT SEAT SAFETY BELTS AND THE ACSM CONTROL MODULE WAS REVERSED

    The attachment of the plug connector pins between the front seat safety belts and the ACSM control module was reversed.

    Remedy

    The pin configuration at the plug connector to the ACSM will be corrected.
