PIPE CONNECTED TO NON RETURN VALVE ON PARKING BRAKE MAY DETACH

The pipe connection on the non return valve fitted to the park brake circuit may separate from the connector due to a manufacturing defect. This could cause unintended application of the parking brake.
Remedy
Fit a replacement quality assured non return valve.

BRAKE CHAMBER MAY BECOME DETACHED FROM MOUNTING BRACKET

The studs securing the front and rear brake chambers may have received the incorrect heat treatment. As a consequence a brake chamber could become detached from it's mounting bracket.
Remedy
Check and replace the front and rear brake chambers where found necessary.
