    For affected vehicles there is concern that a crack may develop in the EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) filter(s) within the vehicle's charging system potentially allowing water to contact high voltage charging harness components.

    Remedy

    Inspection of the EMC filter(s) and harness(s) for signs of damage and replace where required including installation of a cover assembly.

    Defect

    On certain vehicles activating the brake and throttle pedals simultaneously may result in a loss of throttle response. If the brake is then released the vehicle may move and the throttle may still be deactivated posing a crash hazard and risk of serious injury.

    Remedy

    Conduct an update to the vehicle control system to prevent these symptoms. This includes a calibration update to the Main Bike Board (MBB) controller.
