It has been established that a manufacturing defect in the rotor of the fuel pump installed in the aforementioned machines can cause failure of the pump. This may cause the engine not start or it can cause the engine to stall if the machine is being used in particularly high ambient temperatures.
Remedy
Recall all affected machines to check and if require place the fuel pump.

The securing clips on the fuel pipe from the fuel pump to the injector support may be defective. This could cause the pipe to split and/or rupture and may result in fuel leaking from fuel pipe connections. This should be identified by a strong smell of petrol and or fuel leaking from the machine onto the ground. If damage to the pipe occurs it will create an increased risk of fire and/or crashing as a result.
Remedy
Recall the machines that are likely to be affected to replace the fuel pipe.

SADDLE STRAP MAY DETACH

The saddle strap can become insecure. It is possible for the saddle strap to fail the passenger to become unstable and in the worst circumstances the passenger could fall from the machine.
Remedy
Recall the machines that are likely to be affected to replace the seat strap with one which has more substantial fixings.
