VEHICLE MAY ROLL AWAY

It is possible that during the manufacturing test of the Hand Brake Valve that damage occurred to the handle locker. It is then feasible that the handle locker could come to rest in an unsecured position which could subsequently allow the handle to move to the released/drive position and result in a vehicle roll-away.
Remedy
Recall all effected unit and check for damage. If found to be damaged replace the hand brake valve with a new quality assured item.

AIR BRAKE SYSTEM INCORRECTLY PIPED.

The air brake system has been incorrectly piped. Normally the system will function correctly but if a rear brake reservoir pipe should fail the front brakes may also become ineffective.
Remedy
Recall the affected vehicles and interchange two brake pipe connections.

Emergency exit door lock operating bar could become distorted and inoperative in exceptional circumstances such as in a collision or as a result of vandalism.
Remedy
Recall affected vehicles and fit an additional support bracket to the lock operating bar.
