   Remedy

   Change of the ball type tow-bar of the affected vehicles.

2. THE PLATE WHICH IS INSTALLED BETWEEN THE SPRING CARRIER AND THE PLASTIC ROLLER PISTON CAN DEFORM OR MAY BE MISSING

   The plate which is installed between the spring carrier and the plastic roller piston can deform or may be missing

   Installation of a 4mm plate and replacement of the mounting bolt.

3. THE LOCKING BOLT IS NOT COVERED ADEQUATELY BY THE STAR LOCKING ON DOOR ONE

   There is a risk that the door may come unintentionally adrift.

   Remedy

   The striker brackets are to be replaced with modified type. The holders on the support frame at the bottom must also be replaced with an optimized version.

4. THE CONTACT SURFACE FOR THE TRANSVERSE LINK CONNECTION ON THE BEARING PEDESTAL DOES NOT CONFORM TO DESIGN

   Remedy

   Rework the mounting surface to ensure a proper contact to the upper transverse control arm.

5. THE DROP ARM DOES NOT CONFORM TO PRESCRIBED SPECIFICATIONS

6. THE USB CHARGING SOCKETS STOP WORKING AFTER A SHORT TIME IN USE

   The USB charging sockets stop working and may overheat.

   Remedy

   Stage 1 Electrically decommissioning the USB charging sockets. Stage 2 to replace USB charging sockets once the new part has been fully tested.

7. ERROR IN THE DOCUMENTATION FOR SYSTEM AND VEHICLE TYPE APPROVALS

8. THE PIVOT BEARING FOR THE BEARING PIN ON THE DOOR COULD BREAK

   Remedy

   Installation of an optimised pivot bearing.

9. DRIVER'S DOOR PANEL MAY DETACH

   The bonding on the panelling under driver's window may be incorrect and the panel could detach.

   Remedy

   On affected vehicles replace the panel with a correctly bonded version.

10. UINTENDED DOOR OPENING

    Defect

    The door striker pins could be damaged/deformed to a position where it is possible for the doors/s to open when the vehicle is travelling at high speed.

    Remedy

    Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and fit reinforcement plates to the door leaf in the area of the striker pins. Exchange the bearing pins of the door drive system for equivalents of new design.

11. AIR MAY LEAK

    The bonding of the pressure sensors on the axle modulator and proportional relay valve brake components may be incorrect and work loose. Leakage may occur in the area of the pressure sensor and applied brake pressure may not be correctly regulated

    Remedy

    On affected vehicles replace releveant defective components.

12. REAR AXLE MAY BECOME LOOSE

    Defect

    The semi-trailing arms of the rear axle might not have been correctly tightened at the factory. This could lead to the arms being insecure from the connection to the skeleton. This in turn could allow the rear drive axle to also be insecure and adversely affect the stability of the vehicle.

    Remedy

    Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and check the torque for the screwed connections of the semi-trailing arms at the skeleton end and replace connections with new ones where necessary.
