1. FUEL MAY LEAK

   Defect

   It is possible that the fuel pump bracket may have been installed incorrectly. This can cause the fuel hose to chaff on the air box resulting in damage to the hose and a possible fuel leak.

   Remedy

   Recall all the affected vehicles for inspection and if required the repositioning of the bracket plus the replacement of the fuel hose.

2. STRUT MAY BECOME LOOSE AND SEPARATE

   Defect

   The front steering knuckle clamp bolts may not have been tightened sufficiently.

   Remedy

   Recall the vehicles that are affect (the vehicles that have had recall number RM/2005/030 completed prior to 03/03/2006) to inspect the steering knuckle clamp bolts and replace as necessary. Refit the clamp bolts and tighten to the correct torque.

3. FRONT SUSPENSION MAY COLLAPSE AND LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL

   Defect

   There is a possibility that the front lower suspension swivel joints may fracture. If this occurs steering control will be lost.

   Remedy

   Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and replace both of the front lower suspension swivel joints.
