BRAKES MAY FAIL

The affected brake discs have been incorrectly machined in that the corner undercut has been over machined to a depth of 9mm reducing the wall thickness. Braking surfaces can separate from the mounting with a consequent loss of braking.
Remedy
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and replace the brake discs.
