3. The PBU (pressure valve) membrane in the high voltage battery pack may not be sealed due to incomplete ultrasonic welding

   On affected vehicles The PBU (pressure valve) membrane in the high voltage battery pack may not be sealed due to incomplete ultrasonic welding. If the battery pack is completely submerged in water (i.e. water fording) water can enter the battery pack which can cause a fire.

   Remedy

   Check the QR code on the PBU (pressure valve) to verify the compliance of the 48V battery and replacement of the 48V battery if necessary.

4. THE BODY CONTROL MODULE SOFTWARE MAY ALLOW THE ENGINE STOP START SYSTEM TO OPERATE OUTSIDE OF THE EMISSIONS CERTIFICATION

5. AN UNLATCHED REAR SEAT BACK MAY HAVE REDUCED LUGGAAGE RETENTION CAPABILITIES AND MAY HAVE INCREASED FORWARD DISPLACEMENT

6. THE PASSENGER AIRBAG (PAB) MAY CONTAIN LOOSE FASTNERS DUE TO AN ASSEMBLY PROBLEM AT THE SUPPLIER

7. DAYTIME RUNNING LAMP FUNCTIONS INCORRECTLY WHEN INDICATOR IS ACTIVATED.

   Defect

   It is possible that the Daytime Running Lamps (DRL) do not function correctly when the turn signal indicator is actuated. The opposite DRL (rather than adjacent) may turn off when the turn signal is activated. This could result in confusion for other road users.

   Remedy

   Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to check the function of the lights and where necessary modify the wiring.

8. SIDE AIRBAG MAY NOT DEPLOY

   Defect

   The seatbelt pre-tensioner and/or side airbag curtains may not deploy in the event of certain low speed roll over events which can lead to an increased risk of injury to vehicle occupants.

   Remedy

   Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to reprogram the Occupant Restraint Control Module (ORC).

9. ENGINE MAY CUT OUT

   Defect

   The engine may cut out because the pipe connecting the tanks has been incorrectly manufactured which can stop the fuel transfer from the secondary tank to the primary tank. The fuel gauge will read that there is fuel in the tank when this occurs.

   Remedy

   Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to replace the fuel transfer pipe.

10. VEHICLE WEIGHT INFORMATION IS INCORRECT

    It has been identified that the vehicle manufacturer's weight label located on the driver's side B pillar contains incorrect information.

    Recalled vehicles will be fitted with the correct weight label.
