VEHICLE MAY INADVERTENTLY MOVE

It is possible under certain conditions that the starter motor may engage for under 1 second whilst the vehicle is in forward gear. This could result in a risk of a crush injury if anyone is in the vicinity of the vehicle.
Remedy
Recall all affected vehicles and replace the transmission control module.

BRAKE PIPE MAY LEAK

The subject vehicle have been extended by Wheel Base Engineering as part of a contract for Isuzu. It has been found that a manufacturing flaw in one of the extension brake pipes has caused a brake fluid leak. The driver will receive a warning of the leak when the low fluid warning light illuminates; however there is a slight risk that the brake system could be compromised and result in longer braking distances if the issue is not rectified.
Remedy
Recall all affected vehicles and replace the extension brake pipes with quality ensured products.

STARTER RELAY MAY OVERHEAT & BURN OUT

The ECM main relay and the engine starter relay have been inserted the wrong way round. This could cause the starter relay to overheat and burn out.
Remedy
Dealers to check the two relays are in the correct location and if not then replace them both.

REVERSING LAMP MAY NOT FUNCTION CORRECTLY

Reverse light may not function. Due to a fatigue fracture where the lead wire fixes to the reverse light switch as a result the reverse light will not light up.
Remedy
Replacement of reverse light switch.

Failure of the Instrument Cluster printed circuit due to overheating and stress with the introduction of the gear change position in the instrument cluster of the easy shift transmissions. The instrument cluster lights will not function or while driving may fail

The wiring harness for the horn can be inappropriately routed. If the steering is continually operated this can result in failure of the wiring due to fatigue.
Remedy
Recall all the affected vehicles inspect the wiring harness and rework the harness if required.

It has been identified that in some instances the ECM main relay and the engine starter relay have been inserted the wrong way round. This can result in the starter relay overheating and burning out.
