It is possible under certain conditions that the starter motor may engage for under 1 second whilst the vehicle is in forward gear. This could result in a risk of a crush injury if anyone is in the vicinity of the vehicle.
Remedy
Recall all affected vehicles and replace the transmission control module.

It is possible that over time the underbody insulator can sag down and come into contact with the EGR cooler. This can result in the insulator igniting and a vehicle fire could then ensue.
Remedy
Recall all affected vehicles and replace the insulator with an improved heat resistance version.

POSSIBILITY OF LOSS OF CONTROL

It has been found that tie rod interfered against I-beam on full-steering lock. If the vehicles are continuously used in the worst case there is a possibility that the tie rod may be damaged thereby affecting handling.
Remedy
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to replace the track rod with one of a quality assured design.

SEAT BELT MAY NOT RETRACT

Insufficient clearance between the connector of the drivers side seat belt pretensioner and the seat cushion may prevent the seat belt from retracting.

HORN MAY NOT OPERATE

The wiring harness for the horn can be inappropriately routed. If the steering is continually operated this can result in failure of the wiring due to fatigue.
Remedy
Recall all the affected vehicles inspect the wiring harness and rework the harness if required.
