FUEL FILTER/ACCUMULATOR MAY CRACK

It has been identified that the fuel filter/accumulator installed on the engine may crack causing the element to break which will ultimately resulting in fuel leakage. The issue can be identified to the driver by noticing fuel leaking onto the road surface under the vehicle plus the driver may find it difficult to start the engine.
Remedy
Recall all affected vehicles to replace the fuel filter/accumulator with a new enhanced unit.

WIRING HARNESS MAY BE DAMAGED

It has been identified that the cab wiring harness can come in contact with a support bracket within the cab which can cause chaffing damage. This can result in either the engine cutting out and/or the wiper motor suddenly stopping.
Remedy
Recall all affected vehicles to fit additional protection to the edge of support bracket and to inspection for damage to the wiring harness. If found damaged then repair as necessary and fit an additional vinyl protection sleeve to the harness.
