    Defect

    It is possible that due to pedal crank length there is insufficient clearance between the pedals and the front mudguard fixing. Under certain circumstances this could allow the rider's footwear to contact the fixing and interfere with steering control

    Remedy

    Recall the affected cycles and replace the original 170mm pedal cranks with cranks of 150mm length to increase the clearance between the pedals and the mudguard fixing.
