POSSIBLE FRAME FAILURE

Fractures have been found in the front frame bolster area near the support legs and around the rear cross member of the upper coupler.
Remedy
Operators of likely to affected trailers will be contacted and instructed to inspect designated areas of the 20 foot position bolster for weld failure. Should a failure be identified the trailer should be taken out of service with immediate effect. The trailer should not be put back into service until modified by the manufacturer.
