1. CRACK MAY OCCUR WITIN A CAPACITOR INSIDE THE CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR

   Defect

   The Camshaft position sensor may overheat causing the engine management warning light to illuminate and in the worst case a localised thermal incident may occur

   Remedy

   Vehicles likely to be affected will be recalled and the sensor checked. If affected the sensor will be replaced with a quality assured unit and an in-line fuse added

2. POSSIBLE DETACHMENT OF FUEL FEED AND RETURN PIPES FROM FUEL RAIL

   Defect

   The fuel feed and return pipes may detach from the fuel rail and result in a petrol leak.

   Remedy

   Fit improved feed and return pipe connectors to the fuel rail.

3. FRONT FLEXIBLE BRAKE HOSES MAY CRACK

   It is possible that the outer rubber section of the front brake flexible hoses may crack and in the longer term leak hydraulic fluid.

   Remedy

   Replace both front brake hoses with a new design.
