The Occupant Restraint Controller (ORC) side airbag wires were installed in the incorrect connector which results in the opposite side airbag deploying under certain crash conditions
Remedy
Recall affected vehicles and relocate wires in the correct ORC connector

The rear axle hub may loosen and allow the half shaft to disengage from the wheel hub.
Remedy
Recall affected vehicles and inspect hub nuts for crimping around the circumference. If crimping is missing replace nuts.
