1. FRONT BRAKE MAY BECOME INEFFECTIVE

   Defect

   The front brake line may contact the front tyre and develop a hole allowing brake fluid leakage

   Remedy

   Recall affected machines inspect the front brake line and if undamaged install line guide. If damaged replace and reroute using 2010 model year brake line.

2. FRONT BRAKE MAY FAIL

   Defect

   The front flexible brake hose may contact the tyre. If this occurs the brake hose will be damaged and eventually leak fluid.

   Remedy

   Recall the machines that are likely to be affected to examine and where necessary reroute or reroute and replace the front brake pipe.

3. SIDE STAND MAY NOT RETRACT

   Defect

   Due to an incorrectly manufactured side stand pivot bolt the side stand may not move backwards when the weight of the parked machine is removed from it.

   Remedy

   Recalled machines will have the side stand pivot bolt replaced.

4. HORN OR MAIN KEY SWITCH CIRCUITS MAY FUSE

   Defect

   It is possible that the horn main power feed cable may have been incorrectly routed which can lead to the cable fraying and either the horn or main key switch fusing when the horn is operated.

   Remedy

   Recalled machines will have the subject wiring harness re-routed.
