   Defect

   On affected vehicles the retention bracket holding the rear entertainment screens located in the rear of the front seats may have been installed in the incorrect orientation.

   Remedy

   Check the orientation of the retention bracket in both front seats.� Any seats found to be fitted with the incorrect bracket orientation will be reworked to replace the retention bracket assembly.

2. INCORRECT FRONT PASSENGER SEAT BELT ASSEMBLIES WITHOUT AN AUTOMATIC LOCKING RETRACTOR FUNCTION (ALR) MAY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED

   Incorrect front passenger seat belt assemblies without an automatic locking retractor (ALR) function may have been installed.

   Remedy

   Inspect the affected front seat belt assemblies and replace if necessary.

3. A MANUFACTURING ISSUE COULD PREVENT THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL FROM RETURNING TO ITS RESTING POSITION

   Inconsistent fitment of the fuse box and the electrical harness may prevent the accelerator pedal from returning to its resting position.

   Remedy

   Check and if necessary rework the A-post lower trim ensuring correct clearance of the trim to the accelerator pedal.

4. THE KNEE ROLL AIR BAG WIRING WAS CROSSED AT THE AIR BAG CONTROL MODULE CONNECTOR

   The knee roll airbag wiring may be incorrect at the Airbag Control Module connector.

   Remedy

   Correct the wiring at the Airbag Control Module Connector.

5. RISK OF FIRE

   Defect

   There is a possibility that the bolted connection of the battery cable where it passes through the bulkhead may be loose on a small number of vehicles. In most instances the customer is unable to start the engine. However in very rare cases if the battery is significantly discharged and the vehicle is being operated under increased electrical load a loose electrical connection can overheat whilst the vehicle is in use. If the above circumstances occur in very rare cases there could be a fire.

   Remedy

   Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and replace the original nut with a prevailing torque nut and tightened to the correct torque.
