EM40 & EM55 Control panel connector failing

On affected vehicles the EM40 and EM55 vehicle battery ‘in’ (VB IN) connector can overheat and in certain circumstances fail losing all power to the unit with the possible loss of all rear road lights.
Remedy
Keepers of affected vehicles should contact their supplying dealer or any NCC approved workshop for the replacement of the affected unit. Until rectification has been completed the manufacturer advise the refrigerator is turned ‘off’ whilst driving.

THE SOLAR PANEL COULD BECOME DETACHED

The bond between the solar panel and the roof panel could fail meaning the solar panel could become detached.
Remedy
Conduct a visual and �pull check� of fitted panel. If loose replace the panel with new one. If secure point around the interface between panel and roof.

CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE MAY BE AFFECTED

It has been identified that under certain situations it is possible for the weld joining the bracket post to the base plate to fail. This could allow the TV monitor to become detached from its stored position. If this was to occur whilst the vehicle is in motion it can result in either block the drivers view of the road or strike them causing injury.
Remedy
Recall all affected vehicles to replace the monitor bracket with a stronger version.

SOME TYPES OF RUBBER VALVES MAY CAUSE THE TYRE TO DEFLATE OR THE VALVE MAY FAIL.

The using of alloy wheels in combination with some types of rubber valves may cause the tyre to deflate or the valve to fail.
Remedy
Recalled vehicles will have the rubber valves replaced with valves of metal construction.
