Bolts of the wrong specification have been fitted to the forward facing bed box. In extreme circumstances it is possible that the seat belt mounting could detach from the chassis.
Remedy
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to fit bolts of the correct specification to the forward facing bed box.

It has been identified that two bolts are missing from the installation of the forward facing bed box which in extreme circumstances could result in the seat belt mounting detaching from the chassis.
Remedy
Recalled vehicles will have the subject mountings fitted with replacement high tensile bolts
