1. ENGINE MAY CUT OUT

   Defect

   It has been established that a manufacturing defect in the rotor of the fuel pump installed in the aforementioned machines can cause failure of the pump. This may cause the engine not start or it can cause the engine to stall if the machine is being used in particularly high ambient temperatures.

   Remedy

   Recall all affected machines to check and if require place the fuel pump.

2. ENGINE MAT STALL

   Engine may stall and/or exhibit abnormal running.

   Remedy

   Recall affected machines check and if necessary replace throttle body TPS sensor.

3. THE RETURN SPRING PIN ON THE SIDE STAND MAY FAIL AND THE STAND MAY GO DOWN

   The return spring pin for the side stand is not to specification and could fail. This will allow the side side to drop down whilst the machine is being ridden.

   Remedy

   Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and fit a new side stand.
